Contract administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Contract administrator for future assignments.

Tasks
  • Maintain contract data and information systems.
  • Deal with problems in connection with the execution of Purchase Orders and/or Works contracts.
  • Perform lactivities between Company-Contractors/Suppliers to resolve all issues related to commercial aspects.
  • Collection and consolidation of Contractor performances KPI
  • Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
  • Handle post Contract administration including reviewing and responding to requests for variations and claims.
  • Perform task closing activities as needed.
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
  • Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables preparing systematic reporting.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics and/or Management or Engineering
  • 5 years relevant experience within Contract administration
  • Knowledge of Norwegian Contract regulation rules and general project administration knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Good knowledge of SAP
