The Right Consultant for the Right Assignment
Through our recruitment process we clarify and prepare a job description and a candidate profile. Then we perform searches in our databases and do advertising when asked to do so. In the last phase we evaluate, assess and present the candidates. In connection with this work, we also check references according to internal quality procedures. In the running consultant assignment we closely follow up the consultant as well as the client.
