The Recruitment Process
The process consists of three modules:
- Module 1 consists of the initial work with the preparation of job description and candidate profile, as well as search in our bases and any advertising
- Module 2 includes handling and evaluation of applications, evaluation and presentation of candidates
- Module 3 consists of checking references, negotiations, selection of the final candidate and follow-up in connection with employment
Criteria and Qualities for Assessing Candidates
After we have made sure that a candidate has the necessary skills and experience for the managerial position or specialist task, we evaluate the candidate from three important qualities before we make a recommendation:
- Personality and attitude
- Managerial skills
- Flexibility
Personality Tests
We are certified for the use of various tools and we apply them actively in the evaluation and selection of candidates. Our most important test tool is Thomas International. The use of various tools in the recruitment process will vary depending on what is needed in each particular case.
