Finn-Einar holds a degree in economics. Experience from the recruitment and consulting industry since 1995. This includes seven years as a regional manager at Kelly Services and five years as a senior consultant at Adecco (former Norwegian Personal). Finn-Einar has a broad experience in management. This includes positions as a regional manager, sales manager, budget manager, department manager in banking and a position as officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Finn-Einar has contributed in challenging restructuring processes in a number of companies.
