Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with well-developed problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Representative you are familiar with order entry software and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the chemical supply chain including logistics, forecasting and inventory control
  • Ensure product QC compliance
  • Manage the utilisation and rental cost of tote tanks and unique couplings
  • Handle purchase order and invoice
  • Provide input and assist with supply of standard information
  • Documentation
  • Input sales data with monthly trending

Qualifications and qualities that are emphasized:
  • Relevant education - High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3+ years experience.
  • Industry background preferred.
